some swimming in pool this weekend. hot weather makes me feel lightheaded and not up to exercising.
not happy with the Y and its classes- may try out a class or two at LA Fitness and see if I like it. May possibly switch my membership from Y to LA Fitness.

Sunday - used kickboard in pool
Monday- YMCA Fairless Hills - took 20/20/20 class, rode bike for 10 minutes and 3.66 miles.
Goal this week: get below 160 lbs.
Dinner: cabbage with onions and lean ground beef.
Lunch: high fiber whole wheat cereals with skim milk
Breakfast: fruit smoothie juice
