Sunday - used kickboard in pool
Monday- YMCA Fairless Hills - took 20/20/20 class, rode bike for 10 minutes and 3.66 miles.

Goal this week: get below 160 lbs.

Dinner: cabbage with onions and lean ground beef.
Lunch: high fiber whole wheat cereals with skim milk
Breakfast: fruit smoothie juice
