Current weight= 149 lbs.

Exercise: rollerblading, hiking/geocaching, walking, walking on beach, biking

Need to join local Y for weights and maybe step classes. will start playing tennis now that it is cooler.

Diet: high fiber, whole grains/wheat, fruit (mainly juice), veggies, fish, some chicken, skim milk

GOAL= make it to 140 lbs.
