Yesterday: walked 45 minutes in morning. Very hot.
Today: hiking/geocaching 45 minutes in Sugar Sand park.
we ordered a bike trailer and all terrain stroller for skyler so we can bike and walk on the beach for exercise.
Current weight: 156 lbs.
Goal: Get below 150 lbs.
